I am an aspiring fiction novelist & creative writer working on my first novel. I am passionate about English literature, creative writing, History, food, finding inner peace, the quest for knowledge, the internet and all thing world wide web, films, amateur film making, virtual worlds and gaming, walking, parks and places of natural beauty, my family and getting healthy. I am struggling to get the right balance between the negative and positive influences in my life, and escape the rapid dizzying pace of the rat race. I often feel like I am spiralling into an anxiety driven vortex of stress induced self destruction, like a character in a Dostoevsky or Philip K. Dick Novel. I am lactose intolerant, suffer from IBS-D and may be suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I record everything I eat, drink, do and feel on a daily basis as part of my WeightWatchers, CBT, Career Change Programme, mindfulness, time management and healthy eating/culinary experimentalism journeys. I am constantly trying to find new ways to overcome my personal demons and barriers to a happy, healthy stable life. I love art, museums, galleries, libraries, exhibitions, fast food and sizzling, freshly made Kebabs, the internet, cyber space, gadgets and all these new fangled social networking sites and games. There is never enough time for too much Twitter, Facebook, Blogger, Wordpress, Second Life, and iPhones. I am determined to turn all my negative experiences into positive lessons that help me grow into a better human being. I love acquiring as much knowledge as I can and then sharing that knowledge with as many people as I can.
